Research conducted by John Hopkins University say that breakfast can make bowel movements more smoothly. The condition is that the breakfast should be made before 9 am.
Researchers say that in general if someone had breakfast, one will not eat too much during the day that can cause abdominal pain or constipation. If someone breakfast over 9 hours ago followed by lunch at 12, will be a full stomach and bowel movements even more difficult.
Breakfast is able to make the mind becomes more focused and easier to concentrate. Because the mind is not distracted by hunger when we are at work or school.
If we did not have breakfast, the body will feel weak due to the effects of hunger which will lead to energy shortages. The less energy in the body, the more difficult for someone to stay focused and concentrate. sleepy and unfocused mind was vulnerable. If we had not focused then our work will be disrupted.
